5/18 to 5/24: Good Mileage

I started the week off with a solid race, and was able to hit solid mileage as well - thanks to five doubles. Nothing too crazy, but commuting to work helps as does a lunch run here and there.

Lets get to it:

18-May Evan's Run 5k 9.11 7th place, not bad but slow compared to Doyle's. Still happy.
19-May Easy/Easy 0:07:47 12.09 AM: Late morning lunch run 8m in 1:02
PM: 4m, felt really wiped at the end. Sweat indicated I was pretty dehydrated.
20-May Easy/Intervals 18.88 AM: Commute to work, 4m+ at 7:27/mile
PM: PM: Commute home + 800/1200/1000/800/600/400/300/200. A tough workout, but I seem to do well with the cutdown style. I definitely do not feel the quick turnover yet, but the 400 felt very comfortable..
21-May Easy/Easy + Strides 0:08:00 10.76 AM: 4m  easy
PM: 6+ easy w/5 Poplar Strides
22-May Easy/Moderate 0:07:30 12.32 AM: 4.25m commute
PM: 8+ at 7:30/mi. Left glute felt tight after the strides yesterday. Nothing bad today, but annoying.
23-May Moderate/Tempo 0:06:55 10.82 AM: 4+ at 7:10/mile
PM: 6.78 w/Fresh Pond tempo in 26:54 (~5:55 for 4.5m).
24-May Easy 0:07:52 6.25 Just took it easy, legs feeling a bit cooked.
