5/4 to 5/10: Easing back? Ease THIS!

Last week's entry was titled, "Easing Back"...but, oh how quickly things will change.

Frankly, all that my piss poor showing at Boston did was make me want to run more. And so I doubled four times this week and ended up at 80 miles total. I have to train for Mt. Washington, right?

Oh, hey, look, some running log stuff!
