Then on Friday, I ended up making time for my second run of the day at lunchtime - Elizabeth and I were driving down to the Cape, and I was certain I wouldn't be running after sitting in the car for 2+ hours. Once on the Cape, I only needed a little over 7 miles to hit 100 for the week, so what the hell, why not? Right?
