2/16 to 2/22: Mini Taper

I started the week flying back from a visit with the DC-Bugbee's, and had sort of a mini taper week. Still got in 3 workouts, just a little less mileage.

Here is the week:

16-Feb Easy 0:07:50 5 Woke up early just to make sure I did a few miles. Felt like a slog on the treadmill.
17-Feb Long Run 16.11 Treadmill progression run.
18-Feb MLR/Hills/Speed 0:08:05 11 AM: 4m commute to work
PM: 400x4/300x2/200x2 - all at mile pace or faster.
19-Feb MLR Recovery 0:07:47 7 Treadmiles. Meh.
20-Feb Intervals 13.3 800/400x4/200x2 - 5k down to mile pace, and shorter due to the race on Sunday. Ankles still have that tendonitis.
21-Feb Recovery 0:08:46 4 AM: 4M commute to work
PM: Scratched an easy run to rest the legs.
22-Feb Easy 0:09:14 4.5 Very easy, just to loosen up the legs, and I did 1 stride at the Harvard track.
