6/4/2017 to 6/10/2017: Squeezing in Mileage

I feel like I'm just squeezing in mileage at this point and not getting in enough quality sessions.  But...I suppose that after looking over last week's training, I'm not exactly accurate with my assessment.  After racing the Corrib 5k (quality), I followed that up with a big Monday (quantity + quality).  No track workout this week, but I that has to happen sometimes...still, I was squeezing in mileage the rest of the week...

Here it is:
4-Jun Corrib Pub 5k *Pub 0:57:00 7.7 Noon: Corrib 5k in 16:49, good for 3rd place.
Off 0:00:00 0 PM: Off, napped.
5-Jun MLR 1:12:14 10.1 AM: 10+ at 7:09/mile.  Basically a progression.
MLR/Tempo-ish 1:24:39 12.01 PM: 12m averaging ~7min per.  10m were harder, final 2 were slow w/Raleigh.
6-Jun Easy 1:03:10 8.08 AM: 8+ at 7:48/mile.  That sucked.  Raining hard, cold, and I was under dressed.
Easy 1:27:00 10.56 PM: 10+ at whatever.  Ran to the track, but I was too out of it to do any sort of workout.
7-Jun Easy 1:04:28 8.1 AM: 8+ at whatever.
Easy/Moderate 0:46:43 6.3 PM: 6+ at whatever.
8-Jun Easy/Moderate 1:01:33 8.14 AM: 8+ at 7:34/mile.
Easy 1:06:32 8.27 PM: 6m commute + 2m w/Raleigh.
9-Jun Moderate 0:58:39 8.03 AM: 8m commute at 7:18/mile.
Hill Route 0:52:33 7.09 Noon: Lunch run route!  Averaged 7:24/mile.  Legs felt better than the morning.
10-Jun Easy 0:59:03 6 AM: 6 at a slow slow clip.
Off 0:00:00 0 PM: Off

Total: 100.38
