Anyways, I've dealt with a funky IT, which is feeling close to a 100% but not quite there yet. My left hamstring still gets funky here and there. And my left achilles has pretty bunk for a good chunk of days, but now seems to be almost fully mended (that was quick...).
Here's 2/1 to 2/7:

sidewalks. PM: 7+ at a slow pace. ~3m were in knee deep snow - when I got to Harvard my achilles was bunk and I was wiped. |

I cleared my watch and didn't record the splits on Thursday, but I averaged ~5:50 for the 1600, and 3:00 for the 800.
