I had originally hoped to zone in on marathon pace specific workouts right around now, but I think the races on the schedule are just as effective. And frankly, I don't know what my marathon pace will be yet! Amherst gave me a better idea as to where my fitness is at, so perhaps I'll try a certain number of miles at marathon pace during my long run on the 9th. Whatever. I don't know. I'm in that worn down state of marathon training. My brain doesn't seem to be functioning and I can't seem to string together a coherent thought. So here iz the data!
